The proposal aims to strengthen social dialogue mechanism as a tool to achieve employment security and social protection measures in the liberal professions’ sector. The assumption refers to the decline of professional firms due to the effect of digitalisation of professional services and the growth of related online services.
The Italian partners are Confprofessioni, which represents the lead beneficiary of the grant, and the three national trade union FILCAMS-CGIL, FISASCAT-CISL and UILTUCS. The Maltese partner is MFPA, as representative organization for professionals. The Belgian partner is CEPLIS, the European Association for liberal professions.
Since Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining are effective tools to face the dismissal in the liberal professions’ sector due to digitalisation, the project foresees the consolidation of the social dialogue. The core actions are represented by the National Seminars and the European Conference to spread the project conclusions.
