The project aims to strengthen the social dialogue mechanism in the liberal professions’ sector. Social partnership in liberal professions’ plays a key role in preventing the decline of professionals and supporting employment and social protection in the sector.

To this end, professionals and workers’ organisations, at national and European level, during three European semesters (January-June 2018, July-December 2018; January-June 2019) will pursuit the following objectives:

  • to share information on collective bargaining and welfare provision for self-employed and employees at risk as the central tool to face the downturn of professionals;
  • to stimulate Professionals to prevent their redundancy due to digitalisation;
  • to identify essential collective bargain pattern at European level to be downstream in the national level.
